Kathy comes to The Owen Group with a background in psychology and teaching. Consequently, her role as a consultant with clients comes quite naturally. Her caring instincts and understanding of client's needs make her top in her field. Her attention to detail ensures that the process will progress smoothly. Kathy has lived in the San Antonio area for most of her life, which gives her expertise and knowledge of the market that will be invaluable to the clients she serves.
As an owner of The Owen Group, Kathy places a high premium on delivering beyond the expectations of her clients, while always maintaining the highest level of integrity, responsibility, and trust.
Kathy is the mother of three children and married to a wonderful and understanding husband. Her family is the "why" behind everything she does. Kathy and her family attend Community Bible Church. Her hobbies and interests include reading, traveling, and being involved in her children's activities.

Pat King - Associate Partner and Listing Specialist
Pat comes to The Owen Group with a background in sales and education. Being a genuine people person, real estate is a perfect fit. Pat’s fifteen years in education taught him that flexibility is truly necessary in dealing with others. He has lived in the San Antonio area for most of his life, which gives him a great advantage on knowing the market area.
Pat is excited about joining his wife, Kathy, with The Owen Group and feels that his clients will truly benefit from the team concept that The Owen Group offers. Pat and Kathy were former clients of The Owen Group and wanted to be part of this winning team.
Pat has three children that truly make his “world go round.” Pat enjoys fishing, playing golf and anything that involves his children.

Patricia Villarreal - Lead Buyer Specialist
Patricia comes to The Owen Group with a background in management. Born and raised in El Paso, Texas, Patricia and her husband Joe made San Antonio their home in 1997. With 9 years experience in the Real Estate industry, Patricia finds great pleasure in making her clients dreams a reality. Her professionalism also shows when she lets clients know the importance of always thinking in terms of reselling.
Every property she has sold to a client would be an honor to resell in the future because it was purchased correctly. The relationships created while representing her clients have turned out to be some of her most cherished friendships.
She has worked with Military transfers, Corporate Relocations, and Investors from all over the US and abroad. She also enjoys working with 1st time home buyers to get them investing in their future instead of renting. She is a member of the Millionaire Real Estate Investor (MREI) which deals with Investing in Real Estate to build wealth and Fortune Magazine just named San Antonio as the #1 area for housing growth in 2006.

Bruce Hatfield - Buyer Specialist
Bruce joined The Owen Group in January 2004 upon retirement from Abbot Laboratories after 28+ years. Prior to his career in the pharmaceutical industry, he was honorably discharged from the U.S. Air Force as a Captain. He was then a Special Agent for the Federal Bureau of Investigation for five years. Bruce and Katie have been married over 40 years. They are proud parents of their three daughters. It is hard to stop them from talking about their six grandchildren (four girls and two boys), who range in age from 23 to a newborn baby girl.

Linda Quante-Kadzis - Buyer Specialist
Linda comes to The Owen Group with a background in sales, education and interior design. She also owned a car company for the past 9 years. Born and raised in Texas, she has spent most of her years here in the beautiful city of San Antonio. She earned her education degree from UTSA and her interior design certification from St. Mary's University. Staging homes for sale is something she finds enjoyable and is a valuable marketing tool.
Linda also worked for a major real estate developer and new home builder in the early 90's. She loves helping people find their dream home for the best price possible. Since Linda is a "people person", relationships are what she thrives on. Her goal is to help people achieve their goals whether they are buying or selling a home.
Linda is a single mom of 2 sons and 1 daughter. They keep her focused and energized 24/7. She enjoys watching and coaching her children in various sports. She and her children are members of Community Bible Church since 1997. They really enjoy having a wonderful church filled with great people, and they call it their home away from home. Her hobbies include landscaping, bargain shopping, cooking gourmet meals, traveling overseas, breeding Cockatiels, playing with her 2 dogs and anything that involves her children.
